It’s important to us that you love the product you’re getting and see the quality and care we’ve put it into. Sometimes it’s just not what you’re hoping for or doesn’t suit you. We offer free shipping both ways on domestic returns/exchanges in the USA. 

Due to our made-to-order process, items that are returned for a refund are subject to a restocking fee of $7 that will be deducted from your refund. 

If you find that the product is defective or damaged in any way, please reach out to us via email with your concerns. We also advise including a photo of the problem to better help us find a solution for you.

Initiate your return/exchange and receive a prepaid shipping label to ship your items back to us. Please include the order number and zip code that is associated with your order. You can find this information in your account or in the confirmation email that was sent when you placed your order.

      • Exchanges for different sizes or items of the same value are completely free.
      • Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of $7.
      • All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
      • Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the product appears to have been worn.
      • Returns/exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item(s) at our headquarters.
      • If we are unable to complete a requested exchange or repair/replace a returned item(s) due to inventory, we may choose to issue a gift card or store credit.
